WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return us watch and any gifts in 3 months after the order date. Watch must be unused, no scratches, must have original documents.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Manufacturer warranty of our watches is one year from the date of sale. Watches without  passport, with infringement of service regulations, sold by shop with the expired period of storage are out of warranty. In case of detection of defect during a warranty period, watch is subject to free-of-charge repair or an exchange. Please contact us.

I AM GOING AWAY FOR A MONTH. CAN I RETURN THE ITEM WHEN I GET BACK?

There is no need to worry as you have a maximum of 91 days to return the goods (although this is reduced to 14 days on sale goods so we can get them back into stock before the sale ends).

WILL I GET BACK THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE CHARGES THAT I PAID IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you cancel your order within before we send it, we will refund whole sum. 

WHY DON'T YOU ALWAYS OFFER FREE RETURNS WHEN MOST OF YOUR COMPETITORS DO?

We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to charge for returns. We do sometimes offer free returns during special promotions

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but, as stated in the catalogue, it can take up to fourteen days when we’re very busy. Over the last season we have brought down the average time it takes to process a return. We will continue to try and reduce it this season.
