Purchases made on Soviet.Market can be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund/replacement or within 1 year for warranty repair according to Return Policy Conditions mentioned below.
Purchases returned within 30 days timeframe will be refunded in the original form of payment according to Return Policy Conditions.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund.
All orders must be returned via the method described below:

2) Get the additional return instructions.
3) Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Please check that all the parts of the item(s) are in the box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.
4) Attach a note and describe the problem
5) Send the item to the address below (if our manages don't provide you with another one)
6) When processing your return, we will refund any forms of payment used to place the original order, excluded the shipping cost if the item

For your protection, we recommend you insure your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, the original warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored or you will be charged a restocking fee depending on the condition.
Once your return is received, reviewed and inspected (usually within 3 - 5 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed. The money for the returned order and the full postage cost will be refund on your PayPal account which you used for the payment within 7 business days.
