Warranty & Returns
In case you want to return a working watch without defects, the shipment of the watch is carried out at your expense. If you would like to return your watch, please contact us for details by email: info@soviet.market .
If you find any factory defect in the watch, there are several options: return of the watch, exchange of the watch, sending spare parts, or a discount for the next order.
If you find any defect in your watch, please inform us by e-mail info@soviet.market or in any convenient messenger.
2. After 14 days, we accept the watches for warranty repairs. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of receipt.
The warranty does not cover:
- watches without a passport,
- watches with violations of the rules of operation,
- watches with traces of unauthorized opening outside the warranty service.
The Warranty covers:
- watch movement,
- watch case,
- watch dial.
The Warranty does not cover:
- bracelet, including spring bars,
- bezel,
- package.
These are not a malfunction of the watch:
- setting the watch for accuracy in specialized workshops without replacing parts
- natural wear of the protective coating of the case
Returns & Refunds
Each return case is discussed separately. During the consultation, our support agents will try to solve the problem remotely, as well as offer options for compensation (delivery of missing goods, replacement of goods, partial refund, etc.).
If compensation is not possible for some reason, our managers will offer the most convenient return method, which depends on your location, and will also provide you with instructions containing the return address, detailed advices on packaging and delivery options, ect.
The return speed depends on the workflow of the delivery service selected for the return shipping. Delivery times indicated by the delivery service should be taken as estimated.
Refunds, in case of a decision to return, are submitted after receiving the goods and checking them. Refunds are made using the original payment method, to the same account from which the order was paid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and in the absence of any claims related to violation of the operating conditions.
